Sharing with you the list of the items that we had in our hospital bags when I experienced giving birth to my first born. Here’s a list of what to pack in your hospital bags to prepare for delivery.

We had 3 sets of bags that we packed: for me (Mommy Tine), for baby (Bleu), and for the baby-daddy.
Here’s what we packed inside each and every bag.

- Copy of my submitted SSS Member Data Change Request form (since I recently requested to change my last name due to Annulment)
- Photocopy of my SSS ID (in case needed)
- Printed List of my Philhealth Contributions
- Printed List of my SSS Contributions
- Official Doctor’s Order (given by my OB)
- Accomplished Hospital Consent form (this contains the details of the hospital package we availed – duly explained by my OB, the specified Anesthesiologist and Pediatrician who will be present during the delivery)
